Gorilla is a highly valued feminized cannabis seed in the USA. It has definitely lived up to its origins thanks to its unusual potency and aroma. This Indica-dominant hybrid has the potential to maintain pure Indica genetics on the podium, as it demonstrated twice at the Los Angeles Cup and the High Times World Cup in Jamaica in 2014, when it won both. Its bag appeal is simply stunning, and its light green flowers appear almost frozen due to the breathtaking trichomes. However, do not be fooled by its hybrid structure, as its Indica effect is as strong as a blow delivered by a great silverback gorilla.

Morphology
Gorilla is a dominant Indica hybrid (60%) originating from a cross of Chocolate Diesel, Chem Sister, and Sour Dubb. The cross is said to have happened quite accidentally when a female Sour Dubb was accidentally pollinated by a male Chem Sister. As for its appearance, it looks exactly like a hybrid: medium/large structure with medium-sized interlayers and light green leaves. But don't let it fool you. Although our eyes cannot see it, its Indica essence reveals itself as soon as you consume it.

Yield
Gorilla is a heavy yielder. Its biggest asset is the resin count: it produces many huge sticky trichomes, hence the name Gorilla Glue. We cannot fail to mention the round, super-dense, heavy, pungent, resin-filled buds it is capable of producing, which ultimately mature into a strikingly white color.
In addition to a clear example of extreme quality, the yield obtained has an amazing appearance, with lots of beautiful, tight, light green nuggets covered in shiny hairs. In short, one of those genetics that immediately catches our attention when a transparent bag full of weed is placed right in front of our eyes.

Aromas and flavors
Gorilla presents very complex, but very intense flavors and aromas. Coming from Diesel and Chem, it clearly has a strong fuel aroma with sharp earthy notes. Similar to Sour Diesel, but with more intense nuances. This variety is also known for its high amount of terpenes it produces, mainly caryophyllene and humulene.

Effects
Gorilla delivers a super-strong high thanks to its THC levels of up to 25%. With almost no cannabidiol (CBD) present, it is suitable for those accustomed to dealing with strong Indica cannabis. The feeling induced by its largely Indica effect is compared to the impact of a huge gorilla. That is to say: devastating.

Cultivation
Gorilla is not a demanding plant. Its cultivation is quite easy, but some basic knowledge is certainly required. Especially in terms of fertilizer use: this strain cannot be overfed. Therefore, a standard diet is preferred. It is not particularly resistant to humidity or lack of water, so the best thing we can do is regular watering. And, of course, we recommend pruning it, focusing mainly on the lower leaves and branches so that the upper part can have enough strength and energy to develop well.
